Injectable moisturiser is the latest anti aging injectable treatment in Singapore to target skin laxity through collagen & elastin production. Also known as 逆時針 in Chinese, it is the first ‘injectable skincare’ to stimulate bio-remodelling.
Similar to fillers, the main ingredient is hyaluronic acid. However, it is neither a skin booster nor a filler. It contains crosslinking of low and high molecular weight hyaluronic acid to treat sagging issues.
This treatment has 5x more hyaluronic acid than Skinboosters and has the highest hyaluronic acid content (32 mg/mL). Best of all, there are only 5 injection points required on each side of the face.

Hyaluronic Acid (HA) injections are often used for one of two purposes: hydration or volumising.
The main ingredient in injectable moisturiser is HA, however, compared to skin boosters, HA stimulates four different forms of collagen & elastin.

Injectable moisturiser is the latest contender in the injectables scene. Similar to Polynucleotides (PN), it can stimulate collagen and is beneficial for anti-ageing.
The main difference lies in the main ingredient. Injectable moisturiser is made out of 2 types of hyaluronic acid: L-HA & H-HA. It has the highest hyaluronic acid count at 32 mg/ml.
- Injectable moisturiser only requires 5 injection points per face
- Injectable moisturiser can only target cheeks
- PN skin healer can target the whole face
Although injectable moisturiser seems superior, the current injection sites can only be done on the cheeks & neck. Therefore, the upper parts of the face may not be properly treated.
For a full-face treatment, the combination of PN skin healer and Skinboosters is still an excellent alternative.

5 Bio Aesthetic Points (BAP)
Injectable moisturiser created the Bio Aesthetic Point (BAP) application technique for the lower face and neck. The BAP injection sites were carefully chosen, as there are no nerve branches or big blood vessels. These points have been chosen with care to guarantee that
- Improved spreadability of the HA acid over the whole treatment area
- Reduce the risk of bruising by avoiding big blood vessels.
There are a total of 10 BAP injections for the face (5 points on each side)
There are ten BAP sites for injections in the neck.
In comparison to therapies like PN skin healer and Skinboosters, which require more injections, it is safer due to its low injection sites (reducing the risks of bruising and pain). Because of its short downtime, this therapy is ideal for people who are often on the go.

The treatment is injected into the skin’s surface, and a numbing cream will be applied to minimize discomfort. There is minimal downtime, and normal activities can be resumed after.

Prior to the treatment, a numbing cream will be applied to ensure minimal pain and discomfort. Each injection feels like a little ant bite, and many of our patients find it bearable.
Our experienced doctor will map out the 5 BAP sites on either side of the face prior to treatment. An ice pack is used before each injection to decrease pain and the risk of bruising.
A little raised bump/swelling may appear at the injection sites right after therapy.
As it diffuses into the skin, these lumps will start to flatten in a few hours. After 24 to 48 hours, they are completely gone.
This can be accelerated by using an aggressive recovery cream.
